Delivery Options
Rackets are to be dropped off at my address. This is provided after checkout. This is the preferable way of getting rackets to me. Please never turn up without first arranging a time/day that suits us both. If you want to send your order via post, this is an option.
All postal orders are shipped with the provider you choose. Send the parcel to me and either enclose a return label or send a QR code to me to post back to you.
Dispatch Time - 2 working days from receiving the racket
Pick up and Drop off - Only available within Liverpool and charged at £6. Delivery times may be longer due to availability to pick up rackets depending on location.
Stringing Service Policies
Prices are inclusive of all labour for re-stringing each racket. Once an order is placed, I will be in contact to arrange a date and time for racket drop off/pick up.
If you would like to send your racket through the post, please see above for details.
If I cannot fulfil your order due to your time preferences, or lack of string in stock, I will refund your order.
Rackets are left at your own risk. No responsibilty is taken for damages incurred due to stringing outside of the manufactorer's recommended tension or due to pre-existing cracks and frame damage.
